I never really had too much acne growing up, but recently as an adult I have began to show a lot more signs of it. I have found that the best method for treating it has been to simply use Proactiv, which is an excellent product that works great. The major issue with it is that it is a little more expensive than other treatments, but it works great. You could also use a lot of the standard over the counter products but they just aren't as effective and will often times dry your skin in the process.
