We all strive to have good health which is the most precious thing in this world. There are many dimensions to Health and wellness.In fact it is the combination of many things such as good diet,exercise,maintaining the right body weight,clean and healthy environment,correct life style,positive thinking and the ability to make the right health choices regarding medications, your physician etc...
In my opinion,to lead a happy and healthy life you need the following.
1.Physical health.
2.Mental and emotional health.
3.Financial health.
4.Spiritual health.
Only when you have all the above in ample measure you can have happiness and fulfillment in life.

Hello,
The article basically applies to deadlifting.....but others who are into such things as sandbag training etc . might benefit from the techniques mentioned in it, because when you lift such objects as sand bags,large boxes,etc.etc. off the floor in real life, the same techniques would apply IMO.

Such objects often do not present themselves in a manner where they can be lifted in the classic straight-back deadlift style.

If you are moving something heavy that simulates an Atlas stone....like an old cathode-ray T.V. for example....the "hook" technique mentioned might be better for you than a rigid straight back.
