Does anyone else here suffer from Psoriasis? I've had it since I was 12, & it gone from bad to worse to almost gone & then back again!

Anytime that I get new medicines or creams, it seams like they only last for a few weeks & then it's bad again.

Just wondering what others do for / about their Psoriasis.
I have heard from a few friends that suffered from both exzma and psoriasis that they tried balck cumin seed oil both externally and internally and it actually worked to reduce the ailment. They also changed their diet, avoiding too much salty, sweet and spicy food.
some people find relief in psoriasis by bathing in dead sea salts. You must find pure dead sea salt, or those bath salts infused with essential oils that'll help in your psoriasis. http://www.sfbsc.com/psoriasis-treatments
Goat's milk soap is also supposed to be helpful for those with psoriasis and other skin conditions.

http://www.billiegoatsoap.com.au/ is one site that sells it.
My neighbor got the same experience as yours. His psoriasis heals and comes back again. He is putting on some cream on it to bring relief but his main problem is when it strikes him again and again. Psoriasis affects almost 3% of the population regardless of gender and age. Severity of the disease may vary greatly. Most patients got them at their twenties and may come back in their fifties and repeatedly, can be recurring in their lifetime. Generally, immediate treatment is required for this.
Psoriasis is a disease which takes different forms. Among them:
Scalp psoriasis

At least half of all people who have psoriasis have it on their scalp. As with psoriasis elsewhere on the body, skin cells grow too quickly and cause red lesions covered with scale. In severe cases of thick, crusted plaques covering the entire scalp, the hair may fall out. The affected area can extend beyond the hairline onto the forehead, the back of the neck and around the ears. Treatments, as with any type of psoriasis, are often combined and rotated because it can become resistant to medications after repeated use. Many treatment options can help control scalp psoriasis and its symptoms:

* Tar products and salicylic acid are generally sufficient for treating very mild scalp psoriasis.

* Topical medications (applied to the skin).

* Ultraviolet (UV) light treatments.

* Systemic (oral or injected) treatments may be tried if psoriasis is present elsewhere on the body and/or the psoriasis is severe.
