Is it painful? I'm curious because because I know someone who has oral cancer.
It is a treatment for the cancer using light source with a light sensitive drug used to destroy all the cancer cells. This treatment is painful to certain extent but the doctors give local anesthesia in order to reduce the pain, but the part where the treatment is performed becomes a bit sensitive to the bright daylight.
That is super ! PTD can helping peoples on the world

The photodynamic therapy will be painful regardless of whether you are on meds or not. It's cancer, and it's the unfortunate truth that basically all solutions with today's technology will involve a certain level of suffering.
