I don't understand...I eat a ton...I don't work out...I drink a protein drink and eat a protein bar everyday, I am italian, so I eat cards like bread and pasta...and I can't gain weight. I even eat junk food/sweets sometimes, but I just loose weight, or maintain the weight I am at. I don't have diabetes, or a thyroid problem, I just have a high metabolism... I am a pretty petite person ( 5'3 size 2 with small bones), but still, you would think I could just gain a few pounds! If I don't eat a lot or often, I get shakey and lightheaded.

I would like to be able to work out with out dropping any weight, how can I do this? I have tried lifting some light weights, but this still speeds up my metabolism, and then I start to feel shakey. Right now I eat six-10 times a day, cause, I am always hungry.

My whole family is small/thin, so it is a genetic thing. It seems to bet getting faster than more, I age.
Have you discussed this with your doctor?
Yes, I had seen my doctor, I am always hungry. I can eat a meal, and I feel full and then half an hour later I feel hungry again. When I'm home, I always go to the fridge and get something. It is very annoying.

I can't even go on any kind of a diet, I eat healthy most of the time, and I try to eat only at certain times a day and nothing in between but its just too hard. I go and get some snack, and I feel like I need it and its wont make a difference and when I'm done I feel bad and like, I didn't early need to have that snack to begin with. I'm not fat and everyone tells me that I shouldn't lose any weight, but I just want to get rid of a few pounds because I felt better, and I'm more energetic when my weight was lower.

Anyone tells me why I'm always hungry and what should I do to not be hungry? and if u have any good suggestions for diets and weight loss you can include that too.
ooops why no replies.
Hello

It is good that you eat and you should but eat what it is healthy. And it might be that there are worms in your stomach which make you eat too much but dont leave any nutrition for your body..
