Menstrual cycle is a continuous process that occurs every month at regular period with a time gap of 21 days between first and next cycle. If there are any irregularities related to this cycle, you need to consult your gynecologist or physician immediately in order to be treated for this problem. Generally, my friend was prescribed pills which I used for birth control. I used birth control pills, a strip which contained 21 pills and later had a gap of 5 days once the pill strip was over. This regularizes the menstrual cycle for any woman suffering from irregularities.
