Many women who are dissatisfied with their current breast size are turning to natural breast augmentation alternatives to make their breasts larger and/or fuller. These alternatives include herbal breast enhancement and breast enlargement pills or supplements, "suction" devices worn for a period of time, and even hypnosis for breast enlargement. The information that is out there concerning the safety, viability, and effectiveness of these breast enlargement alternatives is confusing at best. Breast enhancement is a very controversial issue now at best and also breast reduction, as I know a few friends who are quite uncomfortable because of too large breasts. I want to know is there a way to help with sagging breasts for women who's breasts have dropped?
I wanted to know are there any special exercises one could do for this?

Upper arm exercises may help to strengthen the muscles around the breast tissue.
