A food allergy is an immune system response to a food that the body mistakenly believes is harmful.

Although an individual could be allergic to any food, such as fruits, vegetables, and meats, there are eight foods that account for 90% of all food-allergic reactions. These are: milk, egg, peanut, tree nut (walnut, cashew, etc.), fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat.

That would have to be the worst food to be allergic too! Sad

I'm allergic to Burger Rings and Toobs. I'm not sure what it is in them, but they make my throat close up!

What are Toobs? Similar to Burger Rings and Cheezels? I imagine it would be one of the preservatives they use that you have an allergy to.

Yeah, they are the same shape as Cheezels but taste very similar to Burger Rings. Those Sweet Chilli kettle chips do it too!

My fiances favorite chips are Toobs so he likes to rub it in that I can't eat them! Rolleyes
