There are some one tell me we can try egg diet if we want to lose weight. We only can eat eggs and cucumber in three days, so we might can lose about 3 kgs in those days, do you think it is workable ?
It's possible. Eggs really don't have alot of fat in them or calories, and are extremely high in protein. An cucumbers has natural water in them.

Eggs are a very good source of protein and are a good item to include in your diet. Eaten in moderation should not pose a problem. Usually, no more than 2-3 times per week. The egg white contains the protein while the yolk contains cholesterol. I love eggs but must watch the cholesterol so, what I do is when making a 3-egg omelet, for instance, I include the yolk of only 1 egg and add the egg whites of 3 other eggs. In that way, you do not miss out on the flavor of eating whole eggs and you satisfy your minds eye with seeing the customary color of the eggs. Any time you eliminate the yolk of an egg when doing a recipe you should replace it with the white of another egg to make up for it. I have been doing this for quite some time now and my cholesterol is great and my weight loss continues. I also eat small portions of food 4-5 times a day instead of the usual larger meals 3 times a day. You will find that by doing this you will not store as much fat and you will not be as hungry in between feedings. Hope this information helps you and good luck with your weight loss.
