Edna Parker holds a rose that she was given during a birthday party for her in Shelbyville, Ind., Friday, April 18, 2008. Parker, who was born April 20, 1893, is the oldest known human. She will turn 115 on Sunday, April 20, 2008. (AP Photo/Darron Cummings)AP - Maybe it was a lifetime of chores on the family farm that accounts for Edna Parker's long life. Or maybe just good genes explain why the world's oldest known person will turn 115 on Sunday, defying staggering odds.

Wow! Happy birthday Edna Parker Big Grin 115 years old!
Imagine that. She has lived 40 YEARS over the predicted age that most humans with a high standard of living such as in the United States will live to. That is 1.5 life times, what a lucky lady. It probably is genes though. If she continues to live, I'd really like to know whether she makes it past 120 years, that taboo age.
Are there any photos at all?

What a lucky woman. Can you imagine the sites that this she has seen in her lifetime?
