Since starting to practice tai ji and qi gong I have noticed a great difference in my overral condition. I suffer from much less back pain along with a brighter mental clarity and my bone density has also gone up.
Tai ji can help prevent brittle bones and even hip replacements in the Elderly, especially if it combined with the breathing exercies otherwise known as qi gong. I hope to bring more information on this valuable resource to human health in upcoming posts.Smile
Thanks for the information. Tai Chi is something I have looked into doing myself, it looks like nice relaxing exercise. Is it?
