You have to reach a particular spot. There are two routes to reach it. One is a long route and takes three times the time required to cover it by the shorter route.

Really? I don't think so. Its hard to do that naturally especially for some smoker like. But when my girlfriend said she not like i smoke anymore. I think i have some spirit why i need to stop smoking right now.
But i believe some people can stop smoking naturally like that article said.
Do you think it really works for you? I am not smoker, so I am not sure if you are right or not, anyway, I will try to tell some smokers and let us tell me whether this workable or not.
Based on my own experience, i quit smoking naturally.
I just tried not to light another stick for a day.. and then
for 3 days., then for a week.. and then i just realized i
havent smoke for a month and there! as i said, its really
hard but with enough dedication.. anybody can do it.

I completely agree with you. I smoked for 8 years and one day I woke up and decided I wanted to quit. I haven't had one since. I'm not sure how I managed to do it so easy but it's definitely possible!
