Have you decided to quit smoking? Did you also make such decision in the past? Is the present decision to quit smoking the final one or conditional?

Yes. I already decide it and i do that today. I manage to stop smoking even i know its really hard and really need more works. Thank god because i already done it. Thanks to everyone who really help me.
My advice. If you want to stop smoking. Never touch that cigrate anymore..

He is and old smoker, and he kept smoking for more than 40 years, I am not sure if this is helpful.

i agree with titaniumhijau., dont touch that cigarette again,
try to say NO if someone offers you one. Its a BIG challenge
but im sure you can do it!
