Maybe its really easy. Maybe its not. Its also depend on the body of some people. Not all people can got cold easily. Maybe some person got a weak body but never got cold. But for strong body will got cold easily. Who know right?
I think the ability to catch the cold all depends on where you go and how often you wash your hands. I notice that if I am frequently washing my hands and aware of what I am touching, I rarely get sick, but if I don't take the extra care, I get sick frequently. This is a lot of the reason why I carry a small bottle of anti-microbial hand wash in my back pocket. I just apply that on a regular basis and it seems to do the trick regardless of how much I interact with people.
At times it is really easy to catch cold and other times unbelievable things happen. I was in US for a while during the peak Winter that is November through March but I was hail and healthy working out in temperatures below 0 degrees centigrade. The moment I landed back in India it was peak Summer March through June and I had severe cold affect. I suffered for almost 10 days with headache, body ache, running nose, sneeze & drowsy feeling etc.... So, I just can't say yes winter would affect one to catch cold rather than any other season. It is hard to say how easy is it to catch cold.
I believe the common cold is easy to catch but if we live
healthy meaning we eat the right kind of food, we take
vitamins and staying away from common allergens that
might trigger a cold, we could always prevent flu from
ruining our day.
