Hi. I have an uncle and his blood pressure is very high, but only sporadically. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about blood pressure and what are some of the causes.
I think anxiety and stress can be a big cause and have been told that by a few doctors, both allopathic and naturopathic.
It's not diet related, we have him on a very good diet, with good Sea Salt (84+ minerals) and it's all vegetarian.
He has been on blood pressure pills for a long time, but we're trying to get him off. We are using things like cayenne pepper and magnesium.
If anyone has anything they can add from experience etc, I would love to read what you have to say.
Thanks
