Do you keep putting of quitting smoking because you're afraid you'll gain weight?

I hope I can gain a little wait if can end up quitting. I could use it.
I was worried myself, due to bad look of my teeth. My teeth were yellowish due to smoking. But, now i have pageant white teech... worried how? Just try this:

Honestly its possible. As smoking speeds up the metabolism. When you quit you may not metabolise food as well. I must stress, this doesn't last forever, and a bit of planning will mean an extra kilo or two might come on. But its not an excuse for a blow out.
Once your body adjusts if you have gained weight you should be able to get rid of it.
Most people who quit smoking worry about gaining weight. It seems to go with the territory. While a small gain is normal, excessive weight gain when you quit smoking can create new health problems and erode your determination to stay off cigarettes.
