Does anyone know any good scar treatment ointments or anything that helps dissolve the appearance of a scar?

I've got a few scars from work where I got severely cut and the scars are really unattractive.

According to me The Best Way To Treat Acne scar Which I have Tried also On Myself and It's also Very Effective For Me is Mix Some Amount Of Sandlewood with Rose Water and Then apply a Thin Layer Of This On Your Acne Scars,It'll be really very Effective.
