That is right. I used to have severe asthma, and even almost died once during an asthma attack that crippled me to the point where I couldn't get to my inhaler.

I have, however, managed to overcome my asthma. I have not had an attack for 8 years, and haven't had to use my inhaler in nearly 9 years.

I used to get asthma from running, cats and pine, but I no longer wheeze when I run and cats just trigger my normal allergies and pine no longer bothers me.

Can you share with us how you overcame it?
