Hello. Anybody have any tips for a single father raising his daughter by himself? She is coming up on her teenage years and it's about time to have the talk with her. As a male I have no idea how I'm going to explain the female cycle to her. (Don't even wanna think about it)

If she is coming up to teenage years, chances are she knows about it already Smile Does she visit her mother still?
