With colds becoming so frequent do you really even worry about it when your children get a cold? I have been in the hospital several times after a bad snowboarding accident and have had families waiting to be seen because their 2 year old has a cold. I have a 3 year old son and I think it is absolutely ridiculous to bring him in for anything that doesn't involve missing body parts. So am I just too easy going of a parent? Or should I be more concerned with the common cold?
It is difficult to mention how much does cold really makes one worry. It has been almost 2 years that I was affected with cold but the moment I went on vacation to a warmer place, I was under affect. It was hard to deal with it, took almost 10 days to get rid of it. It is even more difficult when we have kids around. It surely needs to be concerned about.
i think cold is not an issue, it effects some amount....
anyhow i don't know much information about cold..
I think this is an issue if it affects our lives...
Like, if we can no longer go to our jobs or attend our schooling...
Colds is a small problem that can affect our lives sometimes...
facts on vitamins

I think the reason parents over-react is because, with little ones, colds lead to major problems like bronchitis or even pneumonia easier because their little bodies aren't as resilient as ours.

Colds should not be taken for granted. It could be a symptom of something..
