Hi. I recently was into a car accident and the good thing is that there were no serious injuries to me and my wife. I did get what I believe are back spasms, though. I was told by a friend that I need a pain reliever for spasms like soma. I know he took it when he experienced postoperative pain. I can ask my doc about that. Now before I do that, let me ask you this in case you have any info. I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Do you know if this med will react with my IBS? Thanks!
That’s right.
Soma is for muscle sprains, postoperative muscular pain, etc. Took it for my leg muscle injury pains after I had my surgery. This is a prescription medicine, though. So make sure you talk to your doctor first. Include the question about your IBS.
Soma is the best medicine for muscle pain. Soma or Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxer that works by blocking and intercepting pain signals from reaching the brain. It is used to treat muscle pains and injuries caused by muscle strains and cramping. Soma has established itself as one of the safest and most widely prescribed muscle relaxant and pain medication.
