Full Version: Is there a limit in eating fast food ?

What is the moderate amount of eating it since fast food is considered highly fattening!
Hi burgers.In view of your question, there is a limit in eating fast food definately! You definitely don t want to eat too much, fast food is made of processed food and undergo deep frying and the result is obesity! if you are really addicted to fast food, just trying limiting yourself to once in twice a week! your doing your body a good thing

i feel that the intake of fast food depends on the person. some people may prefer to consume fast food more than twice a week may be cause out of habit or the lack of time for a proper meal due to work, commitments etc. despite this, one can control the intake of fast food via minimizing or reducing unnecessary calories example: ordering a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger. small fries instead of the large. regular coke & not a large coke. keeping a well-measured meal may not keep away health problems but at least it minimizes the risk of it to some extent.
in my opinion the best amount of fast food taken per week should be maximum twice a week
Definitely. Too much fast food is very bad for health and makes us fat! I would say once a week is enough although I eat more often than that. Who can resist fries! NOBODY!

yes, eating in portion is very important! i am glad you pointed that out!

I guess of course there is, just like how every other food is better eaten in moderation.
too much of anything can never be good.
once in a while should be fine....just exercise more!

Yea no one can resist fries. I myself is fond of eating fast food but right now i am taking it into moderation to avoid future health effect. Good luck buddy!

Maybe I'm strange, but I cook my own meals every day and have takeaway perhaps once every two months Wink
