I am 53 and lost my erection I guess a couple of years back. Now, I started going out with this beautiful woman and thought that she might go away if she’ll find out about my ED. I haven’t tried these products like viagra. Are they effective? Thanks.
Very effective. Do talk to a doctor first, though. To be able to identify what else can be done. Anyway, if it is ED, products like cialis, viagra, etc., can be bought in any pharmacy for treatment. See a doctor, that will be your first move.
I strong agree with evilheartedyou. Even though Viagra are very know for being impotency medication, consulting a doctor before taking it is really needed to avoid any accident.
Cistanche Bark is a tonic herb which increases the blood circulation to all areas of the body including the genitals. The herb has a reputation for increasing energy and maintaining youthfulness and is prescribed in China for both impotence and premature ejaculation.
Information on Erectile Dysfunction including the causes, cure and treatment methods.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the most common sexual dysfunction found in men. A man suffering from it is unable to develop or maintain an erection long enough to go through with a sexual intercourse. ED, also known as impotence, can be a symptom of any other major health disease. Immediate consultation with your doctor is recommended if any such signs appear. This problem should not be taken lightly at any cause because it is not only harmful for your sexual health; it leads to some major health problems as well.

ED can be caused due to a number of reasons, not all of these causes are physiological. Psychological causes of erectile dysfunction[/u] are not difficult to cure, where as a physiological problem should not be taken lightly as it is in indicative of another dysfunction your body might be facing. If an average person does not normally experience an erection daily, especially in the mornings when testosterone levels are at their peak, then it might be happening due to a cardiovascular or any such health problem.

One of the reasons why ED could occur could be hypogonadism. This is a medical problem in which testosterone levels in a man drop to unacceptable levels. This may eventually lead to an elimination of erection.

The first step to curing ED is to visit your doctor as soon as possible to get your blood test examination done for several problems such as diabetes, cardiovascular problems, hypogonadism and other routine checkups to ensure you lead a healthy lifestyle. The best way to find out if the problem is psychological or physiological is to check the number of times you experience an erection. If you do experience some but quite rarely, then it is mostly related to some psychological issues you might be facing.

ED is nowadays being treated with oral medication, injections or even penile suppositiories, depending on what the causes are. There are many herbal medicines and supplements also available in the market to increase nitric oxide levels and allow the flow of blood to your erection. Whatever treatment method you opt for, make sure you consult a doctor first to ensure any harmful side effects.
Hi
It could be physical and/or psychological ,but knowing you are able to have erections discludes the physical part.
foreplay would help heaps ,and if you're tired that'll affect on your erections as well ,try to eat more healthy food ,honey and pistachios are proven very effective -take it from me- it boosts you with loads of energy .
if neither of that works then maybe you should check with a doc cz im out ideas for you.
If you are considering taking medication, it is important to ensure consult a GP first to ensure the erection problems are physical but also to ensure the medication is appropriate for you. These medications can sometimes be dangerous if you have particular pre-existing conditions or use other medications. Go and see a male GP. Doctors discuss problems of sexual functioning all the time so this is nothing to be embarrassed about.

If you are having difficulty maintaining an erection due to psychological or other reasons, it can help to talk with a counsellor or therapist. Online counselling makes it possible to chat to a counsellor over the net from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
